Points-based permanent residency. No employer sponsor needed. Highly competitive and based on specific skills in high demand.
Your Australian employer must be a standard business sponsor and nominate you for the specific skilled position.
Apply online through ImmiAccount. Upload all required evidence including work references and health checks.
You may be requested to provide biometrics at an Australian Visa Application Centre (AVAC) in the US.
Decisions are sent via email. Your visa is digitally linked to your passport; no physical sticker is needed.
